UPDATE: The program is now showing the data access on my device. You can also set up pricing and limits so that you can be warned if you are about to go over and also get a rough idea of how much you owe.
From what I can tell the oputils posted earlier is a windows solution. SPB has a program called GPRS monitor for smartphones and while it installs and runs ok I have been unable to successfully show any data usage on my sprint connection which i know is CDMA but it might be worth a try.
Linux, hows your SPB testing? I'm on the trial version and its reporting less data used than my provider. Just wondering if your still checking it out..
It looks like it is in fact not reporting the correct amount. SPB shows 2.0MB for my current bill cycle and Sprint shows roughly 22 if they are showing it in bytes which I believe they are. Not sure where the error is but I will update if I find anything useful.
22 or 2.2?? I've been messing with the kb block size to see if I can get Spb's to match closer to my providers. I started monitering at 29.8mb/provider, today at 33.9mb/provider, difference of 4.1mb. Spb's says 2.5mb used...wont be worth the purchase if its that far off. I tried the only other app I could find and it didn't work at all.....keep me updated if you can!
