Default Alarm Master Pro

Hi all!

We just released special version of Alarm Master with Desktop Companion. Now it is the first alarm aplication with desktop module for WM smartphones.

This editition of Alarm Master is called Alarm Master Pro. Also it has several additional improvements to original Alarm Master: new time filters for home-plugin, stop/resume all alarms, quick view of alarm note and etc...

The price for this month is $19.25. Upgrade for existing Alarm Master users is for $4.25.

More info available at Alarm Master Pro page.

Been testing it for the past 24 hrs.
Would love to see the desktop component for your other apps!

Default Alarms don't work in the pro version for me

I tried the free Alarm Master on my Moto Q9h for several days and it worked quite well. I purchased the Pro version to unlock the other options and it installed without errors. I can set multiple alarms with once, daily or other options and the sounds play when I select "preview" from the application menu. The alarms do not sound when the alarm time is reached though. I have confirmed that the alarm time is set correctly and the alarm is set to active. I've tried using default and custom options and several different sound files. How do I get the alarms to work in the Pro version?

The first impression of a company is when you install their program. The most important impression is how they respond when you have problems or questions. CT passes both tests!

Thanks Aleksandr for the great product, quick response and outstanding tech support!

I didn't purchase the Pro version but I did purchase the regular version, which worked on my Q9h for a few days but now does not seem to work, either. I have confirmed the preview, time, options, and whether the alarm is active too.

What was the solution to your issue?

In my case, the trial version did not deinstall completely and caused problems with way the Pro version installed. A deinstall and reinstall might work for you as well. Here are the instructions that were provided to me:

Quote:
Uninstall Alarm Master Pro from the phone only - using Remove Programs
there, reboot the phone, copy phone .cab setup file to the phone(C:\Program
Files\Connective Tools\Alarm Master Pro\AlarmMasterPro.ARM.CAB) and install it again

Thank you, I'll give that a try. I just learned to trust those alarms and then they quit on me!
