well my problem is that the radio buttons in activesync are unusable, the only one that i can use is the sync media button the others are grayed out and i cant figure out how to activate them. i have a microsoft address book with all my contacts and i was wondering if there was another way to transfer it onto my phone instead of using activesync

first i dont think so you can sync your Q with an other software, i read somthing about that here.

second, its look like you dont have any Microsoft Outlook files saved on your pc, thats probably why you dont have the option to sync it.

if i was you, i will try to open outlook, then make 1 contact, and try to sync it. if it work, i know you can import file in outlook from database (like excell).
then you need to find a way to export your contact from Microsoft adress book then import them into outlook.

it should be work
