| Activesync Woes! Can anyone out there advise me? I recently purchased a new Gateway notebook running Vista home premium. When I went to install the activesync software off of the disk supplied with my silver Q, Vista promptly told me that the software wasn't compatible with the new O.S.
Could anyone tell me where I might find, possibly, a later version of the software that IS compatible? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, as always. |

I would not try to play games on it but so far it has been great for everything else. The only downside is the battery life. It came with 2 batteries a 3 cell and a 6 cell. The 3 cell is garbage lasts about 30min. the 6 cell if you play with your power settings a bit will last close to 2hrs. |

Just seems to be that way, no matter what device you come across (hear this Q battery people!) I read an article in Wired that explained battery technology is the SLOWEST by far for any advancement in technology compared to the computers and devices they power. |

| I agree. Batteries allways drags you down.
Same with my Q, for the most part i will last all day. I contemplated buying the extended battery but did not want the extra bulk. So I just keep a spare regular battery in my bag just in case. |
