Activesync and Exchange 2003

I'm having issues with activesync. I have everything set up correctly on the q. I keep getting the error message that the security certificate on the server is invalid. I know this to be incorrect. I have even manually exported the certificate from the server and installed it on my Q. Nothing seems to work. Are there some settings on the server I need to check. I had IT check the log on the server to make sure that my device is getting through the firewall and everything is good there. I have read some other posts about Global Settings on the server. Is there possibly something there? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
