 |  Active Sync Help,,,Please I have asked this before, but have yet to get a definitive anwser, so any help would be greatly appreciated. When using active sync, how do I determine if the data will be sent from my phone to pc or from my pc to my phone. The reason is, I have tried to use it several times, and it usually deletes all the contacts from my phone. It seems to be set to send what ever is in outlook to my phone (no contacts in outlook, so it sends that blank data and clears my phone) I would like it to be set to ALWAYS send whats in my phone to the pc, as 100% of my work day is on the road, and any new contacts I get go right into my phone, so I would like to send data from Phone to PC. |  Nevermind all. I finally figured it out. If anyone needs to know. On your PC descktop Active Sync Window. Go to Tools=Options=Highlight Windows PC=Click Settings=There is a box that is a drop down, you can choose either If there is a confilict....Replace Items on Desktop (this sends items from phone to PC) or Replace items on Device (this sends data from desktop to phone) Hope this helps if anyone was having problems Mike McQ--- |
