Active Sync help

I just got my Q and so far I like it. I downloaded activesync and I have a question. How do I move files? I only see Media and Favorites but there is nothing to open. Activesync is also looking for a memory card with at least 32MB. I thought I could move a few songs into the internal memory.

Open ActiveSync after your device is connected, and then you should be able to click "Explore"... Behaves like Windows Explorer, where you can browse files, move, copy, delete, etc.
