A couple of general questions - Motorola Q Forum

1. A lot of my installs does not show up under 'Remove Programs' for example CTAlarm (free), Candlelight, Dash Weather... is this normal? I installed them in my storage card.

2. Candlelight stopped working even after uninstalling and reinstalling (rebooting in between). I have tried installing in the storage card and in the device. Any thoughts?

That's it for now... I may have some more questions just can't think of them right now. Hope someone can answer these for now. Thanks.

Candlelight does not work on the Q9's, just the original Q.

You should see all your "installs" via ActiveSync's remove programs.

Sorry to be such a newbie but when I use my active sync, I only get File Management where I can explore the files. Is that it? Where is the Remove Programs from in there? Thank you.

On your PC; under tools.

with the Q cornnected its under tools...I think! I'm on my Q so I can't confirm.
