I know what you're talking about and I am writing some simple scripts to do this for the Q and a nice GUI, I will keep everyone informed by replying directly to this thread. If anyone is interested in helping let me know and I'll send you the code I have so far.

I had nextel and there was a loader call webjal and myjal that loaded that stuff to the nextel phones so I figured it could be done for the Q. Webjal was a motorola program that they created and someone hacked for the public to use then it became simplifed by a programmer to just drag and drop files to the program on ur desktop and it would put the files where they needed to go. This would be awesome if there was something for the Q that did the same.
