Q wont work HELP!!!!

I cant do anything with my Q!! I got my Q shipped to me from sprint in April here it is July and the sucker wont work. I have never droped it, never got it wet.
1 the phone wont charge
2 I get an error msg.- Problem with cprog.exe & gwes and I dont know how many more there are because my phone is all messed up. Sence I have had my Phone I have Had to do a reset 3 times and now I cant even do that. Can anyone please help me.

If you're getting lots of errors like that, maybe the software got corrupted somehow.

The first thing to try is removing the battery, replacing it and restarting the Q.

If that doesn't work, try a Master Reset (you'll lose everything on the phone). Do the following:

1. Turn your phone off.
2. Press and hold the OK d-pad button and then the End key at the same time.
3. Keep holding them until you see the Master Reset screen.
4. Press the Yes softkey to start the Master Reset.

hi, the same problem is happening to meand i got my q about two weeks ago. i was wondering if anyone knew whether the method above works to solve the problem. i just want to know before i do the hard reset. thanks.
