Default "mouse pointer" for Q?

This is probably a stupid question but is there a feature for the Q similar to the mouse pointer we have on our desktops and, if so, how can it be activated? We are having a major problem with moving the cursor from field to field in our application and this would solve 95% of our problems. Thanks in advance for your help.

SPHelper works, I've tried it myself. It's not perfect, but it gives you a mouse pointer on screen.

I used it when trying the PPC version of Remote Desktop on my Q. It worked, but was a pain to use. It also took over control of the soft keys to function as mouse clicks, and made it so I couldn't use them properly in other applications. For instance, when SPHelper was active I couldn't bring up the Start menu from the home screen.

So if the middle button is supposed to be like the left click on a mouse, what does it do once this software sets the SK's as L/R click?

I only used it for a few minutes a long time ago, so I don't really remember exactly what it does. I don't think it changes the center action button's function.
