Default voicemail counter won't increment past 1

I am using one of the themes that has the counter lines for email, text messages, voicemails.

Email and Text messages work fine, however the voicemail indicator will only change from 0 to 1, but never past 1, no matter how many voicemails i have.

Is this a Sprint limitation, or is there something I can check with the code?

See if you can PM to n99hockey, he can probably tell you if its an issue with the theme you are using.

System Tools or Repair Binary VM Indicator? :)

My Sprint does the same and it seems to be theme independent, at least within the themes I have used.

The XML property used for each of these is of course the same, (unreadVMail) perhaps somebody has a correct property for the 'SMScount' plugin? My emails seem to count correctly, across corporate Exchange *and* POP3 accounts, but my VM remains a binary (1/0) indicator.

Thoughts or input? I am still figuring out the XML for the Q Today screen, but I haven't found an explanation for this. Does it occur for all Sprint users? anybody seeing a VM count greater than one *ever*? if so, please include the SMScount plugin code from your theme's XML file.

Thanks!

Seems like a common problem. I had the same issue with my 6600. It may not be a phone or xml/plugin issue os much as a carrier one.

With the sprint default scheme it works fine for me. With any others it does not.
