Nudity is not allowed here at EQ. NSFW (Not Safe for Workplace) is something that is used in the Off Topic category for YouTube videos that contain foul language, etc. If they are available via a commercial site such as YouTube, then I take no issue with them being here at EQ with the NSFW labeling. When you get to the forums outside of Off Topic, foul language is not acceptable.
If images look as if they are something off the cover of Maxim, then I see no issue with that -- considering that publication can be found at any 7-11 or in your local grocery isle. Anything past that will be removed and members risk possible suspension of privileges.
