SmartSS is just what I use to get a screenshot of the homescreen so I can upload it to show you guys. That's why it's always the first program in the MRU. Nothing special. It's weird that you're getting those errors.

See I knew someone smarter than me would figure it out, I Googled SmartSS and got a butt load of sites in Japanese at least I think it was Japanese. Sites that were English mentioned I have it and plugin. so I assumed it was.. Yes I know what I get when one assumes
