Here's what I was talking about.
Ruttensoft Homescreen Designer...it allows custom splash screens to be installed and linked to the home screen color scheme. As you can see you can select the color of the line and the large title text. When you select custom screens it puts them in a folder and puts the folder in Application Data/Home and adjusts the registry. I went one step further and created a Storage Card/Application Data/Home put the folder there and changed the registery to point there. I also keep my custom startup and shutdown screens, my custom startup animations, and all the image files for my home screens there....with xml or registry adjusted to point there(IT WORKS GREAT...SAVES INTERNAL MEMORY). The color scheme lines that change the color are.....COLOR_ALERTTITLE and.... COLOR_ALERTRULE
(this is the line)......You can ad these lines and the perfered color to any "color scheme" and the Title Text and Line Color will be changes......maybe there's some way to make the line "transparent" with this info...I haven't had time to figure it out yet. Hope this information helps someone.
