what can you use other than photoshop to add boxes and images to the picture??

well this is what i ended up making. kinda basic but w/e. it looks way better on my phone

I use Microsoft (MS) Power Point, MS Publisher, and MS Digital Image Starter Edition...and prior to finding the Digital Image software I used VuePrint from Hamrick Software.
