Hmm, not sure, doc is good with this stuff.
There should be two bars..

\Application Data\Home\SmartMonitor\Meter-FullCaddy.PNG
and
\Application Data\Home\SmartMonitor\Meter-Empty.PNG

Works for me though..Hmm.

...duno... mabey ill jus try to delete & reinstall. i love the CTS.

It worked great for a while, but I had that happen yesterday and I couldn't fix it by reinstalling it, so I did a hard reset, started over and so far so good.

Another strange bit, the color of the meter font was teal for a while, but after reinstalling it is white, which is how it's supposed to be.
