How do you install home screens that download as .CAB?

just like any other program
move .cab to the Q and click on it to execute it

Where do I put it on the Q, it doesn't seem to be working when I just put it in my documents.

you put it anywhere on the Q doesnt matter
just make sure you dont remove the contents of the cab file
