easiest way is to copy the name.home.xml file and the jpg file into the application/ home folder on your device using windows explorer. you don't have to sync over these files.

3rd post and 3rd bumped thread...hehe...

I'm stuck trying to copy over the two homescreen files to my Q9c. I dl'd the .zip file to my PC. Opened AC and clicked Explore. I opened My Computer and went to the filefolder where I saved the .zip file and unzipped it.

Now, I select and copy both files and when I drag both to Home folder on the phone I can't paste them. I tried them one at a time, too and nada. The paste function is just greyed out.

I've googled what I could and have not found an answer...

Some help would be greatly appreciated.

that is becuase you have to unzip them to your PC before you can move them
you are not allowed to copy and paste or drag and drop from inside a zip file

then drag them to home.
