I am a newbie and lost

I know this is a basic question but how do I transfer a theme and ringtones to my Q. I have ActiveSync loaded and was able to load my contact data with Outlook and syncing but have no idea of how to load the themes I found here and get ringers to my phone.

using active sync you have to copy the xml file and jpeg images to the \application data\home folder
read the 'new user guide' it will help you out

Thanks and I got the themes to download but the one I picked has a white bar accross the bottom where the icons are supost to go and no icons. I have the color scheme to default setting but not as pictured on sample. It's the crossbow theme.

Make sure the background image is set to default too...
