Exclamation Homescreen Help

I am a new Q'ser and love the site. I can't figure out why every homescreen or Theme I download doesn't show properly. I have downloaded a few different screens that use both facade and fizz weather. My tabs won't show any text, All i get are 3 blue boxes for my tabs instead of the icons for calendar, task and programs. I have gone through every setting in facade and still no luck. I removed them and reloaded and still the same problem. I even have the orange plug. Anyone who knows WTF is up plz HELP!!

1. make sure in the homescreen menu that you have backgroud and scheme set to default
2. make sure when you unzip the screen if images are in seperate folders they stay in those seperate folders when you load them in to \application data\home

give those a shot

The .xml is seperate from the other files in the folder. Do I copy the .xml to application data\home and then copy the entire folder to the same area? I had originally opened the folder and copied all of the individual files into the same location. Should I remove and reload? Thanks for the response, it can be very frustrating at times.

take .xml file and put in \application data\home
then...take jpeg images and put in \application data\home...if there are any 'folders' put entire folder in to \application data\home folder...

lol thanks
glad you got it going!

those readme files that come with some of the homescreens usually give directions how to install those that come with separate folders for images....
