as far as the cab files, ill b patient cuz ima definately get it eventually, i really dont want u 2 change anything from the HS cuz its perfect. the files dont even look like cab files when i go to unzip them and load em up, i dunno whats up at all

I think the orange cab on Scotts page is the one that doesn't require the other registering cab...it's the JRulez cab.

R u unzipping the cab file? u don't do that. Just transfer the cab over to your Q and execute it there.

yea...move whole file to Q. Click on it from there...its a cab not a rar!

From your Q, goto the 2nd page of this HS thread, 2nd post from bottom of page ( my 4:16pm post) and click on the purple highlighted (here). Then click on Orange.dll to start the installation of the plugin onto your Q. Follow along with the prompts and agree. It will say that it was successfully installed. Then it might say that things might not show up right bcuz it was designed for another version. All normal. Once that is all done, just load the HS like i told u earlier.
