I'm by no means a coder or programmer but I thought I'd give it a shot.
You weren't very specific about what you wanted other then it should include a picture of your car and have matching buttons....

How bout something like this:




Inside the attached zip file is an installer .CAB

Unzip it to your computer and move the cab file to the phone and run it via file manager.
It will install the home page, the background image, and color scheme.
Once installed just go to START>SETTINGS>HOME SCREEN>
and choose Civic for both the homepage and theme, use default for the bg image.
I only used common Q plugins since I didn't know if you had any third party stuff.

You can uninstall it by going to the remove programs settings.
