you said you put it in that folder (\application data\home) and then opened it and a program opened now to ME i thought you just clicked on the file you loaded so maybe you can try to explain what you are doing what file did you download? where did you download it? was it a zip file or a cab file (make sure you check the extension of the file since the icons on the PC are the same)

| It was a zipped file... I put it from the computer to my device after I unzipped in Winrar. Until that point, when I tried to do anything it would show me the program...as it was written, by the author. etc etc... Now that I've unzipped everything, and sent it to where it goes in my phone... it looks nothing like what the picture showed on the picture in the thread I saw.. it would seem that I have everything where it goes now. |

| again, where did you get this screen? did say you needed any other plugins? (probably why it doesnt look right) maybe RJShortcut or Orange.dll

yea doesnt appear to need any plugins you should just load the image and xml file to the \application data\home folder also you should not that in the homescreen settings on the device (start --settings-- homescreen) the background image should be set to default and NOT the image thats loaded
