never tried building a .cab (at least not with Madbeetle's home screen builder) but i think you need to have a MS app installed on that pc, GTK Runtime perhaps, i forgot :}

read this post from Eko if you are really interested in creating .cab files.

I GOT IT!!!!!!! YAY!! Finally....The whole day yesterday and today I was going crazy trying to make a homescreen...Madbeetle baby!! lol

It's plain...But sure!! Ok, I went to manage attachments and tried to download the cab file...It said invalid...

zip the cab... or host elsewhere, we also prefer a screen shot of the home screen in action so to speak. see this post for screen shot software that is available..
