Docmac129 made me a beaut of a homescreen that has facade and a missed call screen. Warms this ole Tar Heels heart to see it!!!

I'm guessing the facade home screens are harder or rather more complicated as most seem to made without unless it is asked for.

I find myself using facade less often than I used to. I was planning on making a few facade hs's but I just don't find the program all that useful. I'll make some anyway...

i got the Q last year. i got tired of the old home screens start looking around and what do you know. i find this forum. my question is will these home screens work on my Q. its been running great. but im bored with the screen skins.

Yes these skins run on any Q.

I prefer facade over the standard 1 or 2 lines of appt. info for a few reasons. 1) the standard plugin cannot be modified(that I know of) to get rid of the appt u might have for tomorrow where it say "8:00 pm 12/5/07 Tomorrow & then finally your appt" Its too long for most buttons. 2) At most u get 2 lines of appts with the standard plugin, whereas in Facade u can see 30 or more days just by clicking right on your d-pad, from your HS, 3) Facade is modifiable where u can show just "schedule" or "Tasks" or "Programs" or all 3 on the HS. Just my .02cents. I don't even like making HS w/o it, but I do.

I prefer facade because I can have my "Quick Dial" right on my home screen, along with some of my most used shortcuts (instead of my recently used ones).
