Default Eko "itunes" theme error...

Hey all,

I use many of Eko's homescreens -- she does excellent work.... However, for some reason, the itunes (with facade) theme causes 3 red x's to show in place of the tabs on that theme.

Also, there is another theme she has called OS X - and when i install the files for that, the cal and lau files warn me that they are over writing other ones -- now if those files are different colors, that would cause a problem...

Is there a simple fix?

Thanks,

Matt!

i have not used either but did you double check if the tab images are in the correct directory/folder ? i use(d) eko's Black mesh and the tab images (6 in total) are in a sub-directory under \Application\Home

I have attached 4 files in this rar, the inf file is your setup file, the registry edits in it will create the black soft keys. for changeing it to make your own cab file what I usually do to make it easy on myself is have a naming standard. if you image name was homer.jpg the missed calls screen would be homermcs.jpg and the xml files would be called homer.home.xml that way you can just do a find and replace to setup the inf every time, I think the one that I have in the setup file right now is van halen the image names were vh.jpg and vh.mcs if I was doing the homer one I would just do a find and replace and in the find field type vh and in the replace with field put homer. then the only other thing you need to change is provider from eko to your name, the app name from whatever I callled it to your homescreen name and then the only other part is changeing source to whatever folder your files are in after that you take the inf file and drop it onto the cabwizsp.exe below is a picture of my setup you can see my source folder caddy then the 3 cab making files outside of the source folder (but in the same folder) and my inf, and of course my images and xml are in the caddy folder

its easier than what it sounds like if anyone has questions feel free to ask

Solved -- thanks guys!

Yea, I was dragging the files directly from the .rar file into the home folder -- i didn't realize that i had to unrar them completely first so that the proper sub folder was created - they work flawlessly now!

Thanks again,

Matt!
