I used to be a pretty serious paintball player. When I was younger and in my prime... I used to paintball all the time...

One of the most brilliant Airsmiths I knew of had a fantastic website. Some parts Tinkerer, some parts Artist, some parts paintballer, some parts auto mechanic. In a fit of brilliance one day he whipped out a sketch on his whiteboard in his shop. And thus.... The Whiteboard web comic was born. "Confusing the hell out of non-paintballers every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday"

And developed from a few of the strips, are these two homescreens

At the request of a nice lady, I built the Tyrese Screen with Facade. I took it a bit further, and added some orange and black to it.

As you'd see it at standstill:


and here it is with one of the Facade tabs selected:


"Right Click" and "Save As". the Zip File includes the orange, black, images, buttons, directions and backgrounds.

Now, I've got to rework a few other screens.

I adjusted the plugins and rewrite the code a bit. There is more room to steal, and I may rework the code and image again, without any Orange. I also deleted the missed calls text, as it was already there in two other spots. Just cleaned it up a bit.

Now that is very interesting. I DL'd the txt file you uploaded, and passed it over to my Q. Loaded it up and made a call to it.
Here's the layout I got on my phone.

Are you sure you attached the modified txt file, and not the original? If you did, that means that something is amiss between our two phone.
I'm on Verizon, with a MotoQ - Mol1 update. What're you running?

I built a homescreen for Cheri over the past few days, from original artwork her daughter created. I think it came out quite nice, and the combination of her artwork and my layout created a pleasing homescreen



As it was a custom request and original artwork, the XML coding is not available for public consumption.

You're certainly welcome for it. I enjoyed working it together.

Sorry, I did forget to give LAMPRO credit for presenting the idea of a Transformer Homescreen.

I do enjoy the Star Wars movies, and figured it was finally time I put some together. I've a bit of rearranging to do, but do like the screens.
