| leave it grey at the top and then save it...dont do anything else...go in to the xml file and look at the color and change it to black #000000 and load it back in to the the editor and your set edit: you will that btnface doesnt show up as the color for the softkeys...but color_traygradleft does....

| dont make it a cab file... copy the xml file and the jpg image to the \application data\home folder much easier...ive had trouble with the cab portion...i just dont use it i use the program to set up my colors and alignments and then mess with the xml file to get it correct
