conflict between "standard Missed Calls" screen and photo contacts pro

Anyone else run into this problem between the "standard missed calls" screen (the one that kooldezine uses) and photo contacts pro?

What happens is that when Photo Contacts Pro is running, and there is a missed call, the Q stays on the home page and does not go to the missed calls screen. But pressing up brings you to the missed calls screen. It does seem to work properly if, while the person is calling, you hit "Ignore". Then the missed call screen pops up, but only if you hit ignore.

After killing photo contacts pro, the missed call screen works fine.

Any way around this?
