That's for the Email, Text, MMS, Vmail and Missed Calls. (MMS won't work with Sprint). The graphic is generated by the HomeScreenNotificationPlugin.dll

Each item is individually selectable and goes directly to Email, Text etc. The Vmail will actually call your Vmail and the Missed calls will bring up your Call History.

hmz, interesting... never heard of it before nor tried it. guess i will have to visit the good 'ol Verizon site and check this thing out.

I didn't get it from Verizon. I forgot where... but I have a a similar homescreen on my website for download that includes all the stuff. It includes the exe used to register it. Also there's a trial version of Rescoe Explorer in there which will last long enough to register the dll.

Go to the 'Homescreen Download Page'... download link there. You will have to d/l the whole thing. The plugin is in there.

I am using your Black 4A home screen It is almost exactly what I want. I have tried to modify some things, but have really only succeeded in screwing it up totally. Three things I'd like to try or see if you can help me try:

1. I would like to have the MRU icons above the notification bar.

2. I would like to remove the Picture Mail notification icon since it is not used.

3. The Email # notification only increases with each email obtained via Active Sync in Outlook. It does not increase with downloaded email via Earthlink, Yahoo, and Gmail. Is this possible?

1. Just copy the MRU plugin and move it above the Notification bar, but under the -Spacer- plugin.

2. You can't remove the PicMail (MMS) from the bar as the graphic is generated by the dll.

3. You will have to put in a seperate plugin for that. The Notification bar won't handle that. You can search here fon everythingQ for help in doing that.

Just wanted to say thanks to you guys.....this thread made me brave enough to attempt and ACCOMPLISH putting the carrier on my iconbar!!! Finding the needed files was rough..."Stare and Compare" other working xml's was pretty rough too! All that so I could squeeze my silly bandwidth monitor in! Just took time and mostly courage. Thanks Again!!
