Posted in 2 different forums and still no answer!! poor guy!! so you installed the .cab file from xda and then restarted (not master reset just plain old reboot) your phone and still no luck?? Where are you installing the .cab file.. Your storage card? If so - dont...and make sure you Install it on your device. If that doesnt work we can try something different for you. let me know.

Lol...yes...trying in two different forums...

Yes...I installed it to my device...nothing...just changed the system fonts...

I have even went into the registry...trying to find anything and found..

Fonts under the CHome...

It has listed 4 different strings...all say Segoe light...I have changed those to calibri...nothing...

So...I have no idea what else to do....

Have you tried it with one of the NRG Weather Sliding Panels Screens?? Like NRG Mini Weather 1.0

Also if you havent already.. try this calibri.cab file found here

Yes...that is the only way to get the font to work on the home screen...but...

Didn't want the weather panels...

well ok then use the chome weather nrg 3.1 version and download chome configurator and use it to disable those two panels and u should have it without showing the weather panels!!

Well...I installed the weather thing...and I have the font now...but...even after I disabled the weather panels...there is still a little forecast thing next to the clock...so...

I give up...just uninstalled the weather thing and giving up!...lol

Thats because you installed Nrg MINI weather and are using that HS.. Install NRG Chome Weather 3.1 and then disable the two!! Mini weather will always put that next to your time but Chojme weather 3.1 will not

Ok...I will give it another shot...

I will say it gave me a scare when I installed the weather thing...when I went to change my home screen back to sliding panels...it wouldnt change to it...it was a blank screen!...

Anyway...I uninstalled it and everything is back to normal...

But...I will try 3.1...

This is kinda crazy...looks like there would be a simpler way to do this?...

It is simple dear! Install 3.1 use that HS under your HS settings, then use Chome Configurator to disable those 2 sliding panels and your done.. Just gotta make sure the right weather program is installed.. Matter of fact uninstall Mini Weather all together.. and yes you might have a blank screen but just reboot your phone and it will be back up
