Bluetooth / Profile Plugin

I have searched hi and low and cannto find the answer. I want to put the profile plugin and the bluetooth plugin on the same line side by side. I already found the the orange dll and activated as necessary.
Can someone please provide for me te xml coding necessary for the profile plugin and bluetooth plugin side by side on the same line? i know it is possible using the orange plugin.. pleeeeeeeease help!

prepare for some difficult hours of messing with it and possibly disappoinment after that... i got as far as have them on the same line but they never selected as they should (you will find out that the Bluetooth plugin is a b-tch). i stepped away and now have the profile and missed calls on 1 line, with only profile selectable & the missed call line only is visible if i actually missed a call.
