Arrgh! Can't figure out how to change the menu color!

Hello all, I'm kind of new to the whole MotoQ hacking thing.

Today I created a theme for my queue, and mostly just copied and pasted code. I tried to make my softkeys (Start Menu, Contacts) black with red text at the home screen and all sub screens, but it just isn't working.

Can anyone help me with this? I know the hex code needs to be #000000, but I'm just not sure where?!

to get black soft keys you need to download and install a cab file...for some reason it doesnt work anyother way

Um, is there a cab file specifically on there? Cuz all I see are themes

I tried to make my own theme in Home Screen Builder, but it wasn't havin' it

how custom can you get with these colors?

semi custom. It all has to do with the hues I am pretty sure. A lot of different shades of a color end up being the same color. But you can get semi different results by playing around

so say i wanted this color
49,50,70
with this color text
89,89,113

would it be possible?
this values were taken from the RBG of photoshop...

Yes, but you will need to work with registry values. Check out this small tutorial I put up.
