MadBeetle's "Animation Plugin" works quite fine. Check it out here:

The animation stops after 30 seconds without a D-Pad action, so it won't affect the battery life too much (saying this because I know somehow would ask it otherwise...)

damn.. never saw those before, kinda neat for a little while.. to me at this moment nothing looks as good as Pure Black :}
