Default Time Tracking Software

I'm looking for a piece of software that I can run on my computer that will allow me to run multiple timers at the same time. The idea is that as I work with multiple clients throughout the day I can simple start and stop each one as I work to keep track of the time I spend.

Does anyone know of something like this, obviously free/open source would be best. :-)

Craig
