 | But isn't the neighbor who filmed him through a hole in the fence in trouble, too? For privacy invasion, or something along those lines? Seems to me I read or heard that somewhere... ????

| The neighbor was apparently taping him for a while. His significant other caught him watching the tape(s) and he said something like "oh.......umm....this is the neighbor, im taping him to report him to the police". He sounds pervy in my book himself. |
