only certain people can give rep boosts at certain times like if you gave me a rep boost then you went to give rb it wouldnt work...you would have to wait until say X number of posts...(atleast i think thats how it worked) the 'thanks' feature is way better in my opinion

| another thing I just noticed...Chris our EQ "God" has a little purple square by his "add rep" button, and everyone else has a green. Kinda reminds me of a Purple Heart...and grapes....and raisens...and prunes...boo now i made myself hungry
