Hockey is the hardest thing to shoot, with the ice throwing off the metering, the fast action, etc. Nice Shots!
Truthful time, the action shots are on automode, I am fooling a bit more with using the manual features. I have to ask my friend if I can post a few pictures from her wedding for critiqueing (sp). It wound up being dark and bad lighting outdoors (this was when Katrina rolled through) so I was forced to use manual or I had really dark shots. I'm a novice at this manual settings stuff though. Anyways just thought I would throw that out there. I'll be posting some more shots from the Caps Devils game. If you ask me nicely I'll get some shots from ice level for you of the Devil players (Tony and n99). Oh the actual game shots were from the upper level with my 55/250 lens.
