Outlook & sharing calendars

i know this works (according to M$) only if you use an Exchange server, which at work we don't... i've seen some 3rd party software that claim they can do it without Exchange, any one have any experience w/ any ?

a few folks (4) people at my work want to share and well, as the system admin i feel the need to see what i can do :}

There used to be an outlook plug in called netfolders that would allow some simple sharing.

thanks, had to email the developer since i have 2003 and all it mentions is 2000.

I don't recall which version they stopped supporting it. I liked the file system plug in for OL2000 as well. it was an explorer like interface where you could go through your file system and tag files with all the same categories and contacts as you can tasks or meetings in the rest of OL. but they dropped support of that as well.

i'll keep you posted if i hear anything back (not having a lot of luck lately with companies emailing back AFTER i pay them :}

plus i did a search, there seems to be other software out there that should be able to do what i want/need.
