That's funny!!!! I have never been in that position (Thank whoever you want to here) but can I still say, I'm sorry there is no one in your life?

But my book loves are: horror, mystery, who dunnits, scary can't sleep nights, vampires, ESP kind of books. On the serious side: tech mag's and books, history, histories of religion (that will scare you), self improvement (none of that ever sticks ), psychology about ppl in the past (why did that person in history act the way they did), etc. I wear out library cards!!
I am the kind that reads everything on the cereal box!

Make sure you dont overclock your multilomoter when you editing the binary files b/c it might reconfigure your harddrive and your q might blowup.
See? Simple solutions.

I wear out the UPS man. Have a Booksamillion frequent buyer card and me and my daughter have books being delivered almost every other week. We tried the local library but they don't have the most up to date books and I don't like waiting. I read a few mysteries but stay away from scary stuff. Love Nora Roberts and her alter-ego JD Robb!! I read the cereal box as well. Can't sit to eat without something to read, if I go out to eat by myself, I grab a book and just sit and enjoy myself.

I have books on my Q and when I go out to eat I read my phone! I get the strangest looks sometimes. One lady came up to me and asked me what I was doing staring at my gameboy!!! Told her I was "charging the batteries"! Scared the p** out of her! Then explained phone, yadda, yadda....sheesh, tech up! Still laugh when I think about it.

I have an extensive collection but sometimes you don't want to go for quick. A slow burn is nice too.

And I guess we better clean this up before the Super Mods get after us. Don't want to be a bad influence on the kiddies that troll this site too.

I keep saying I am going to download some audio books on my mp3 so when I have free time at work I can crochet and listen but don't know if I would enjoy having a book read to me. Anyone know of any good sites to download audio books? I will give it a try and see. When I work nights I am upstairs by myself and have plenty of time to kill.
