Okay, ya'll time for a update.

Kinda fell off the workout wagon last week. I worked 4 nights straight with 1 day off so I came up with every excuse possible why I couldn't workout.

I didn't change my diet much though. So I maintained my weight loss but haven't lost any more. I didn't take my measurements this month either since I didn't do what I wanted to.

Got back on track this morning, got a good workout in. So it's time to get back on track and kill the excuses. July will be here before I know it and I have a date with a skimpy bathing suit!

I am way too old for dental floss skimpy! I don't think anyone should go dental floss skimpy, leave something for to the imagination.

The skimpiness will depend on the total weight loss.
