Managed to fit in a workout today before work. It helped that the kids in the neighbor seem to play right under my window. So kinda forced me to get up but felt better that I had. Am not as sore but my frequent trips to restroom are getting annoying! But gotta stay hydrated so I'll just deal w/ that inconvenience.

I'll pass on the move, thanks. But I do get a good walk in when I am at work. Have to walk the plant floor several times and with steel toes shoes on, no less.

I can wear sandals in the office where I spend majority of my time but when I go the floor I have to put on my lovely steel toe shoes that totally ruin the look of the outfit that I so painstakenly put together!

So far, so good have kept on workout schedule and increased my water intake, although after reading thread from n99hockey about the impurities in water might which to wine.

steel toes build calf muscles...lol at wine...i just go to the store and buy a gallon water jug for 70 cents....

i got this issue where i live because our water bill is higher than the surrounding area.

walking in high heels builds some calves too. But ya dont see to many guys doing that. One thing i dont need is bigger or more defined calves.

The scale doesn't reflect it yet but the weight is coming off, jeans are looser. Though my co-worker who swears I have them painted on wouldn't agree. jk

I fell off the bandwagon as far as working out after the little man was born but climbed back on last night. Still trying to make changes in my eating habits and eat healthier fast foods (if there is such a thing).

So far, so good!
