In the time it takes to hit the button, and for the camera to click, the Wren has launched off the tree 10 feet away and is on my shoulder. Or the Cockatoo has already flapped it's wings 5 times.

The Big macaws are easy to snap shots of, as they fly like a helicopter. Slow, steady and directly to the next perch.

If she presses the shutter halfway, it locks the focus. Then the shutter will be faster at capturing the image.

BTW, if she was trying to catch Tom Brady last night, she could do that with a pinhole camera. He was awful....GO BIG BLUE!!!

D'oh. I knew about the shutter thing too.

As for Brady, she'd needs a worms eye view, as he spent so much time on his back last night.
