hmmm...
since i have done the copy and paste thing i have had to reinstall the software because when i start it up it asks for my activation code again...BUT the soft keys dont have any text nor can i click them to cancel or activate so im stuck reinstalling!

hmmmm.....

I also have this problem but it occurred when I reinstalled GHIII onto my Q9c.

I've opened a ticket with support and will let you know when I get some feedback.

i copied 2 out and then those 2 back...
i played for a while yesterday after having to reinstall...i was able to download whatever songs i wanted and have them all on the device

i didnt restart the app yet since finishing yesterday so im not sure if it will do it again or not...but the last 3 times it did

asked for the activation code but didnt let me apply it...

if i want to play again i have to reinstall the app

I contacted WinPlay Support about this issue and they recommended uninstalling the app, deleting all associated folders, soft reset, then a re-install.

And after doing that it worked for me.
