DA's Obscure Trivia Questions

I ran this on another forum a while back and one person nailed it within seconds. It took others a few hours. Someone never figured out the answers.

So here it is, my First Obscure Trivia Questions thread.

Question 1:
If Waitress was with the Russians, where was I gambling?

Question 2:
If the deal was made in Denmark, Where did I fight in '66 & '67?

Question 3:
If the Hairy Handed Gent ate Beef Chow Mein, What was The Man with the Perfect Hair Drinking?

Question 4:
How do the questions above connect to The Western Underground?

Makes you wonder if Netflix really is asking something with their commercials.

As a further note, if your Google-Fu is strong (or weak for that matter), the answers are easy. But that's no fun. And I almost want to exclude n99hockey from the questions, something tells me he'll know the answers.

I have one response, and he missed the last question. If you get the first, you'll get the next two. The last one is knowing the obscure connection to get the answer.

n99hockey, we're in roughly the same age group with similar backgrounds, I'd have thought you'd pick this up in a heart beat.
