Wow! Thank you everyone for all of the howdys. I don't mind that the thread got sidetracked. I'm always happy to talk about the Packers!

I'd go sit in the stands in a minute...the magic of Lambeau is hard to describe. I had a once-in-a-lifetime chance a few years ago to be there and then meet and have dinner with the team after the game. It was awesome! Favre is much larger than he appears on TV...and the others much smaller! Next greatest moment was meeting some of the old-timers back in the late 60s when they were at the practice field.

I am a sports fanatic and I can only imagine the thrill of meeting Brett Favre in person!!! I had a chance to go to the ACC tournament a few years back and walking around with some of the greatest basketball players ever was so great!! I hate the Cowboys but would love to go to a game in Texas Stadium just because of the history of that building.

Yeah, now that you're in ACC territory you will find that this side of the states are just as passionate about ACC basketball as Packers fan are about Brett Favre. This time of the year is all about bragging rights!

So I've noticed! I've never been a big basketball fan, but I apparently will automagically become one if I live here very long. It's easy to get caught up in the excitement of it all.

I also never would have believed I'd ever watch a NASCAR race, either, but there ya go.
