i guess there is a new chrysler deal that if u buy a new chrysler car truck suv etc... then they will guarantee you to get gas for 3 dollars a gallon for 3 years any 1 else hear bout this ....... i for sure if i have the money ( or beg my mom) would like to get this .. this would be great seeing how gas can get up 2 5 dollars a gallon in the next years so this would be a great money saver

interesting, I wish I could ask my mom for a new car lol.

think applies to the first 12k/year...

so if car gets 30mpg divided by 12,000 and thats how many gallons it applies to.

It's been there for a while in europe.
The first time I went over to germany, back in 2002.
"Petrol" was 1.64 marks per liter... (6.56 per gallon) I can't remember the exchange rate though.

which seems to be why the smart cars and bicycles are everywhere in germany and luxemburg...
when gas is expensive, get a car that gets better mileage, or pedal a bike...

and the Netherlands, and Belgium... and France, and more :} we also should take in consideration when it comes to those countries that distances are shorter & (compared to where i live) the public transportation is a LOT better/more convenient.

i dunno about that, our driver (who had lived there for about 15 years) got our bus (a Mercedes) wedged between 3 buildings trying to make a turn in Kaiserslautern...
Not so much directed at mass transit, the streets are just really narrow there.
