The only time I have seen discounts of that size is on limited function edu editions. Even an OEM version should be more expensive. I wouldn't give them my CC info. With DW you don't have to worry about MS updates (not an MS product) and downloads for DW are easy to get even without EUL. But again, at that price I would not trust it.

OEM software is only distributed when sold with specified accompanying hardware. When these programs are copied and/or sold separately from the hardware, it is a violation of the license with the software publisher, and therefore illegal.

Their TOA are a bit fishy as well:

i know the saying... and i guess it's a saying because in a lot of cases it was/is true. but.. would anyone be bold enough to create a web store selling warezz and be on the featured links in Google.. it's possible but.. well :}

secondly.. most everybody heard of Grisoft, the creators of AVG.. bought that for our network protection and guess what, no phone #... support only by e-mail :]

You dont work for a 403c non-profit do you? I do, and it's rediculous how cheap I can get software. For example, office 2003/2007 Pro for $20.
