    |  not sure if it's the best and i do most manually, but i also use Registry Mechanic which seems to do a decent job.

| I definitely install and play with random things on my machine on a regular basis but I downloaded this software called registrycleanfix and really helped me to clean my pc, here it's the link www.registrycleanfix.info, it might be very useful if your pc or windows start crashing! |

| I use three cleaners: 1) RegScrubXP - (freeware) 2) CCleaner - (freeware) 3) Windows Registry Repair Pro (shareware) What's nice about (3) is that it can remove obsolete registry entries and "defrag" your registry file entries. ppcinfo |
